Niettegenstaande het voorgaande, en niettegenstaande een eventuele beëindiging van deze Overeenkomst, heeft elke Partij het recht een recht of rechtsmiddel dat rechtens of in billijkheid tot haar beschikking staat, uit te oefenen of toe te passen. Deze Overeenkomst wordt beheerst door en uitgelegd in overeenstemming met de wetten van de Amerikaanse staat Vermont, met uitsluiting van regels van internationaal privaatrecht die leiden tot de toepassing van de wetten van een ander rechtsgebied. De Partijen komen specifiek overeen dat het Verdrag der Verenigde Naties inzake internationale koopovereenkomsten betreffende roerende zaken bij dezen wordt uitgesloten van toepassing op deze Overeenkomst.
