If you are looking for bars that are more specifically gay, it is worth heading to this part of town. Calle 1er de Maig is fondly known by locals as the "Street of Sin". The street is one long drinking hole. It is home to bars including Pacha's official pre-club hang out, Pachitos and Parrots Bar (see below). During the day it is lined with people sitting outside the bars and watching the world go by. At night it is Sitges' noisiest street - full of music, revellers and the odd drag queen.

Calle 1er de Maig is bij de plaatselijk bevolking beter bekend als de "straat der zonden". De straat is één lang drankgat. Hier liggen bars zoals de officiële pre-club hang out van Pacha, Pachitos en Parrots Bar (zie hieronder). Gedurende de dag zitten hier veel mensen buiten de bars te genieten van de dag. 's Avonds is het de luidruchtigste straat van Sitges - vol muziek, dans en hier en daar een travestiet.

Langs het podium lopen we naar binnen, waar hij in rap tempo diverse mensen introduceert. De Katondolo brothers noemen ze zich: Sekombi, Emma Katya, Petna en Modogo. Terwijl de lava nog heet was en Goma herbouwd werd, richtten zij Yolé op. Sekombi: "De jeugd was hier helemaal op zichzelf aangewezen. Er zijn wel plekken waar jongeren een vak kunnen leren, maar wat nu als ze musicus of filmmaker willen worden?"
