There is no such thing as actual death camps like the previous position where people are going to die there, or a system of putting them to death?

The topic is more relevant than ever, as the Minister of Health received on October 3rd a report on the subject from the General Inspectorate of Social Affairs (Inspection générale des affaires socials - IGAS). The "Report on Governance and use of health data" foresees simplifying access for researchers to the National Health Insurance Cross-Schemes Information System (Système d’information inter-régimes de l’assurance-maladie (SNIIRAM) which records per year more than 500 million medical procedures and 11 million hospitalisations for 14 years now.
