იობსტ ფლოგი - დაიბადა 1941 წელს. ევრიმაჟის ფონდს 2009 წლიდან ხელმძღვანელობს, ის ამ პოსტზე მესამედ იქნა არჩეული 2 წლიანი ვადით და თანამდებობაზე 2015 წლის 19 ნოემბრამდე დარჩება. 1977 წლამდე ფლოგი ჰანოვერში იურისტად მუშაობდა, შემდეგ დაინიშნა მრჩევლის NDR-ში (Norddeutscher Rundfunk) თანამდებობაზე, რომელსაც1991 წლიდან დირექტორის რანგში ხელმძღვანელობდა. 1993-94, ასევე 2003 2004 წლებში, ფლოგი ARD-ის (გრემანიის რეგიონული საზოგადოებრივი მაუწყებლების კონსორციუმი) პრეზიდენტი გახდა. სხვადასხვა მნიშვნელოვან თანამდებობასთან ერთად, ის 1993-98 წლებში არტეს - ARTE G.E.I.E. გენერალური ასამბლეის პრეზიდენტად აირჩიეს,რის შემდეგაც ის ფრანკო-გერმანულ ტელეარხს - არტეს ხელმძღვანელობდა. 1998 წელს არტე სწარმატებებისთვის ის ფრანგული საპატიოლეგიონის „შევალიეს" წოდებაზე იყო ნომინირებული. შემდეგ ამას მოყვა გერმანული სახელმწიფოს ჯილდო "Bundesverdienstkreuz 1. Klasse" და "Commandeur des Arts et les Lettres” - საფრანგეთის ამორდერის უმაღლესი ხარისხი და სხვა არაერთი ჯილდო.

Salome is the journalist of the nongovernmental organization "Women's Information Center”. She undertook master course in Journalism in Georgian Institute of Public Affairs. At various times she has worked as journalist and executive editor of the English-language newspaper "Messenger". She undertook professional practice at the Georgian department of Prague Bureauof Radio Liberty. She was involved in various social projects (Audio books for blind people and the project of Go Group Media "Journalists for Peaceful Caucasus” ). In 2013 Salome was presented for the Prize of EU Monitoring Mission in the Journalism for Peace.

სალომე არასამთავრობო ორგანიზაცია "ქალთა საინფორმაციო ცენტრის" ჟურნალისტია. ჟურნალისტიკაში სამაგისტრო კურსი საქართველოს საზოგადოებრივ საქმეთაინსტიტუტში გაიარა. სხვადასხვა დროსმუშაობდა ინგლისურენოვანი გაზეთის "მესენჯერის" ჟურნალისტად და აღმასრულებელი რედაქტორად. პრაკტიკა "რადიოთავისუფლების" ქართულსამსახურში, პრაღაში გაიარა.მონაწილეობა აქვს მიღებული სხვადასხვა სოციალურპროექტებში ( პროექტი"აუდიო წიგნებიუსინათლოებისთვის" და Go Group Media-ს პროექტი"ჟურნალისტები მშვიდობიანი კავკასიისთვის"). 2013 წელსსალომე მშვიდობისჟურნალისტიკაში ევროკავშირის სადამკვირვებლო მისიის პრიზზე წარადგინეს.

Beka Oniani, Executive Secretary of the Trade Union of Mass Media Workers says that founding of such type of organization was reasoned by the general situation created in Georgian journalism.  For example, how the rights of media workers were being violated.  The Trade Union has 200 members now, although, according to the Executive Secretary, it is a formal membership.  “This is not an active organization,” he says, “there was a potential and many journalists wanted to create strong organization, especially in regions, but… probably better organization activities was necessary.”
