भावार्थ:- जो आयु चली गई, उसकी चिंता छोड़कर शेष की रक्षा करो यानि भक्ति, दान-सेवा में लगा दो। जैसे पुराने समय में कूंए से खेती की सिंचाई के लिए चमड़े की चड़स प्रयोग होती थी जिसमें दो-तीन क्विंटल पानी भर जाता था। उसको काष्ठ की चक्री के ऊपर लाव (मोटी रस्सी) चढ़ाकर बाँधकर खींचते थे। यदि लाव (रस्सी) चक्री से उतर जाती थी (फिसल जाती थी) तो उसे खींचना कठिन हो जाता था। उसको जैसे-तैसे पुनः चक्री (काष्ट के मोटे घेरे) पर चढ़ाया जाता था जिससे चड़स को बाहर निकालना आसान होता था जो उससे लाभ लेने का यथार्थ तरीका है। इसलिए हे मानव! यदि गुरू शरण नहीं ली है तो आपकी लाव उतरी पड़ी है, जीवन का प्रत्येक कार्य मुसीबत बना खड़ा है। उस जीवन की लाव को पुनः पुली (चक्री) पर चढ़ा लो। फिर चलाओ, आसान हो जाएगा यानि गुरू जी की शरण लेकर अपने जीवन की राह को आसान बनाओ।
