Ma sulla strada verso l'orologio di lusso dovevano ancora essere compiuti importanti passi: per quanto Vouillamoz, Berdoz e Savioz disponessero della tecnologia per produrre un orologio da polso ad acqua, non avevano alcuna esperienza nell'industria orologiera. Con Vincent Perriard, infine, nel 2010 sono riusciti ad acquisire come CEO un appassionato orologiaio, che aveva lavorato per molti anni presso prestigiose aziende quali Audemars Piguet, Concord o Technomarine. "Era sempre stato un mio sogno lavorare con acqua e meccanica, perché si tratta di due mondi completamente contrapposti", spiega Perriard.
