Le Autorità italiane hanno individuato la soluzione finalizzata a interrompere la procedura di infrazione mediante l’emanazione di 8 provvedimenti - 5 decreti interministeriali e 3 DPCM - che hanno modificato la legislazione previgente e le Linee Guida Applicative, nonché hanno adeguato i valori dei diritti di approdo e partenza per ciascun Gestore per il quale fosse in vigore un Contratto di Programma, sia ordinario, sia in deroga.
