Il luogo di consegna e il luogo di trasferimento del rischio devono essere conformi alla clausola Incoterms 2010 concordata tra Lignatur SA e il cliente. Se non esiste un accordo esplicito sul luogo di consegna e di trasferimento del rischio, la conse-gna avviene EXW (Ex Works, ovvero franco fabbrica). In tal caso, il luogo di adempimento è lo stabilimento di Lignatur SA a Waldstatt. La consegna si considera quindi avvenuta quando la merce è pronta per essere caricata presso lo stabilimento di CH-9104 Waldstatt. In tutti i casi, il rischio di spedizione e di trasporto è a carico del cliente dalla rampa dello stabilimento in CH-9104 Waldstatt, anche se è stata concordata la consegna franco porto della merce.
