The multilateral meetings provide the means by which current issues, common to offices in the European Union, are discussed and dealt with in order to find mutually acceptable solutions for the continued harmonization of the Community systems. In addition two separate liaison meetings are held each year to examine the legal and technical aspects of the Community trade mark system.

Le riunioni plurilaterali consentono di discutere e trattare problematiche di attualità comuni agli uffici dell’Unione europea e di trovare quindi soluzioni accettabili per tutti, in un’ottica di armonizzazione costante dei sistemi comunitari. Ogni anno, inoltre, vengono organizzate due diverse riunioni di collegamento per esaminare gli aspetti tecnici e giuridici del sistema del marchio comunitario. Tali riunioni hanno ad oggetto la “Procedura e prassi" del marchio comunitario e le “Tecnologie informatiche”.
