The APF is composed of the personal representatives for Africa of the G8 Heads of State and Government (APR), the main OECD donor countries, a number of UN agencies and representatives of the African Union and of the countries represented on the Steering Committee of the New Partnership for Africa’s Development (NEPAD). The APF meets twice a year, with one meeting hosted by the G8 Presidency and the other by an African country.
