Vodice are a small tourist settlement known for its offer, hospitality of the local population and its liveliness. The city came to being in antiquity under the name of Arausa and it been developing since. Today they are best known for tourism and the visitor number has been multiplying every year. Whether you are looking for rest, peace and quiet or a whole day beach party Vodice can offer everything, because of their kilometres long gravely beaches. The offer in general is various and numerous. Along with a number of cafes, bars, restaurants and night clubs the cultural and sport offer is also rich in content. From the landmarks we would mention the little church of St. Cross (Sv. KrIz) which has a detail, an old romanic-gothic stoup that is a unique example in this part of Dalmatia. Additionaly, Coric tower is another must see – a three story high tower made from white stone built in the year 1646. While strolling about why not check out the house of Vodice music and town wells. The wells have an interesting background, Vodice as a settlement developed around a spring of fresh water and once there were two wells that stood on the main square around which people gathered and life evolved. Vodice è una località turistica nota per la grande offerta turistica, l'ospitalità e la vivacità della popolazione locale. La città è stata fondata in tempi antichi con il nome di Arausa e da allora si sviluppa di continuo. Vodice è oggi meglio conosciuta per il suo turismo, perché di anno in anno il numero di ospiti, sia nazionali che esteri, aumenta. Gli alloggi si possono trovare in piccolo e grandi alberghi, campeggi, appartamenti privati e camere. Se siete alla ricerca di relax, pace e tranquillità o divertimento sulla spiaggia tutto il giorno, Vodice ve lo possono offrire siccome hanno chilometri di spiaggie di sabbia a vaostra disposizione. L'offerta turistica è molto buona. Con un gran numero di caffè bar, ristoranti e discoteche, sono ricchi di offerta culturale e di una grnde gamma di attività sportive. Tra le attrazioni più famose dovrebbe essere menzionata la chiesa di Santa Croce, il cui dettaglio, il vecchio romanico-gotico acquasantiere sul pilastro è unico in questa parte della Dalmazia. Poi, la torre di Coric, a tre piani, torre di bugnato bianco costruito da una famiglia dal 1646 anno, la casa della musica di Vodice e i pozzi. La città di Vodice si è sviluppata intorno a fonti d'acqua e una volta nella piazza principale c'erano due pozzi attorno ai quali si svolgeva la vita.
