There’s a wide variety of wildlife: we spy a dipper, a timid bird, playing in the eddies lapping against the rock he’s perched on. At Champ-du-Moulin, trout swim up the current. We continue the descent and it would be so tempting to slip into the clear blue-green pools. Let’s not forget we’re in the Jura... brrrr!"

"Dopo 30 minuti di cammino, si avvicinano le pareti, comincia la discesa ed il canto del torrente si amplifica. Superiamo una prima passerella sulle acque fervide. Il traliccio metallico della piattaforma ci delizia del piacere dei mulinelli sotto i nostri piedi. Furiose, le acque si rotolano e si riversano negli abissi. La fauna è varia: ci accorgiamo di uno sferzato uccello tuffatore, uccello temerario che gioca con i mulinelli sfiorando il blocco di roccia sul quale si è posato; A Champ-du-Moulin, alcune trote risalgono dalla corrente. Continuiamo la discesa anche se è forte la tentazione di lasciarsi andare nei bacini di un blu-verde trasparente… Tuttavia non perdiamo di vista che siamo nel Giura…"
