FSFE's role is that of a legal guardian that takes care of the legal needs of the project so the project itself can focus on the technological side.

Quando FSFE accetta di concludere un accordo di licenza fiduciaria con un progetto, lo fa per proteggere la situazione legale del progetto e promuovere il Software Libero. Il ruolo di FSFE è quello del tutore legale, il quale si occupa delle necessità legali del progetto così che questi possa concentrarsi sull'aspetto tecnologico. Mentre cercherà di aiutare i progetti, FSFE non interferirà con la loro gestione, direzione ed amministrazione.

The RACOON project will develop a set of online resources to support the joint bachelor in Conservation and Restoration which will be started in 2005 by the three Swiss UAS offering a curriculum in this domain, namely SUPSI, the Fachhoschule Bern and the HES-SO. The project will develop eight modules covering courses during the first two years, for a total of 11 ECTS (of which 50 percent online). However, the partners plan to further extend this model to all courses in the curriculum. Each module will provide on-line study resources, animations and multimedia materials to grasp features of materials and restoration procedures and, finally, communication tools with the teachers.

Il progetto RACOON svilupperà un set di risorse online a sostegno della laurea congiunta in Conservazione e Restauro che inizierà nel 2005 in tre SUP svizzere che offrono un curriculum in questo campo: la SUPSI, la Berner Fachhoschule e la HES-SO. Il progetto svilupperà otto moduli che coprono corsi dei primi due anni, per un totale di 11 crediti ECTS (di cui il 50 percento online). Tuttavia, i partner pensano di estendere ulteriormente questo modello a tutti i corsi del curriculum. Ogni modulo comporterà risorse didattiche online, animazioni e materiali mutlimediali per catturare le caratteristiche dei materiali e delle procedure di restauro, oltre a strumenti comunicativi con i docenti.

As a result, the stress tests carried out by asset management companies will now have to be based on market scenarios imposed by ESMA. Similarly, the transparency obligations concerning mandatory disclosures to the supervisory authority will be reinforced, and regular reports on the portfolio composition of MMFs will have to be submitted to the authority.  This information will improve the authority’s ability to evaluate the systemic risk of these products. Additionally, the investment rules will be made slightly stricter, in terms of the liquidity ratio (15 % in weekly maturing assets and 7.5 % in daily maturing assets) and the maturity of the underlying assets.
