母校の中学で教師をする神野（大泉洋）のもとに、同級生だと名乗る探偵（佐々木蔵之介）が訪れ、やはり同級生の木村（堺雅人）探しを強引に手伝わされる。木村が働く会社の社長である依頼者とヤクザのつながりが判明し、更に、そのヤクザが経営する高級クラブから失踪したあゆみと木村が、何らかの関係を持っていると判る。しかし探偵は、神野と木村が実はグルで、ヤクザの背後にいる人物を捕えたい警察に協力していることに気づくも、反対に警察に捕まってしまう。警察の保護の元、木村は社長をおびき出した所で任務終了となり、あゆみの保護を頼まれるが彼女が愛するのは実は神野であった。
