2年目は、1年目に痛いほどリフレクションをしたので、次にむけて自分は何ができるかを考える1年でした。 ちょうどSCC（ストーリー・センタード・カリキュラムがスタートした年だったので、 そこで提示されるケーススタディのように、MR教育という自分のケースに当てはめて、どうしたらいいかを常に考えていました。 学んだことを自分の今の仕事にどう結び付けるかを探ったのが2年目でした。 2年目までで、IDを学びたいという入学の目的はある程度達成できたのですが、3年目は新しい視点を学んだ1年と言えますね。 まず、「eラーニングコンサルティング論」が勉強になりました。自分にはマネジメントの視点が足りないことに改めて気付かされました。 それから修士論文の作成や学会発表を通して、ロジカルに物事を考え、そしてその考えを活字化するという力がいかに不足していたかが分かりました。 これは私の次の課題ですね。
