La Camera di Commercio di Barcellona ha denunciato ieri che il governo spagnolo deve alla Generalitat 4 miliardi in infrastrutture, secondo la disposizione addizionale terza dello Statuto di Autonomia. Questa disposizione fu uno dei grandi accordi della trattativa con il presidente José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero, ma lo Stato non l’ha mai rispettata. Si trattava di garantire che il governo spagnolo investisse ogni anno in infrastrutture l’equivalente dell’apporto del PIL catalano al PIL spagnolo,per cinque anni.
