Also today, the government approved a draft law on the ratification of an additional protocol to the agreement on accession to the Central European Free Trade Agreement (CEFTA), signed in Brussels on 11 February 2011, and a draft law on the amendment and completion of the law No 451-XV from 30 July 2001 on the regulation of the entrepreneurial activity via licencing.

Tot astăzi, Executivul a aprobat proiectul de lege privind ratificarea Protocolului adiţional la Acordul de amendare şi aderare la Acordul Central European de Comerţ Liber (CEFTA), încheiat la Bruxelles la 11 februarie 2011 şi proiectul de lege pentru modificarea şi completarea Legii nr.451-XV din 30 iulie 2001 privind reglementarea prin licenţiere a activităţii de întreprinzător. Modificările propuse la cel de-al doilea proiect, au drept scop stabilirea cadrului normativ care ar reglementa activitatea companiilor din ţară implicate în realizarea Programului de schimb educaţional-cultural „Summer Work and Travel" în Republica Moldova, dar şi, eventual, al altor companii care vor desfăşura activitate similară. Astfel, activitatea de încadrare a studenţilor în programe de acest gen urmează a fi supusă licenţierii conform Legii 451 din 30.07.2001.
