Occupying and dwelling are the same as settling in. It not pre-determined in advance, because it is a constant movement. Yes, it can be influenced by the design of the section that it takes place in. la ocupación, la habitación, son el mismo acto de instalarse, de acomodarse, no determinado a priori, por ser éste un movimiento sin pausa. determinable, sí, influenciable según el dibujo de la trama donde se apoya. no obstante, fuera de toda discusión sobre el tipo. así, el plano de optimización, como el de vivienda stándard o con patio, no deberían verse más que como la solución por defecto (default) de una propuesta habitacional que confía, pero no delega, en la labor creativa del habitante para su pleno desarrollo. (en calidad de opciones por defecto, podrían igualmente aparecer las de solución de fachada-, de amueblamiento interior, de alicatado de zonas húmedas... todo catalogado y justipreciado, y a disposición del habitante. son muchos los bajos del rawal donde se exponen, todavía hoy, muestrarios de materiales, colocados como si se tratara de la estantería de un supermercado. son no menos las instituciones, que como vivienda de protección oficial, ofrecen su catálogo de prototipos, coste aproximado de construcción y visado del arquitecto incluídos).
