The sacred scripture that Muhammad (SAW) received is called ‘The Quran.’ And each of the prophets and messengers also received the scripture. In the Quran, these prophets, their scriptures, their stories, and the principle of their mission is mentioned with profound detail. Did Muhammad (SAW) meet them, talk with them, eat with them, and collaborate with them to write their biographies? No, of course he didn’t. In the Quran, Muhammad (SAW) is referred to as the messenger of Almighty God and the seal of the previous prophets-- which is the limit of his role as a human being.

تو جب ایک بچہ اپنی ماں کی کوک سے باہر آتا تو اس وقت الہ کا حکم ہوتا ہے۔ وہ کیا ہے؟ وه ایک مسلمان ہے۔ جب سورج اپنے مدار کے گرد گھومتا ہے تووہ کیا ہے ؟ وه ایک مسلمان ہے! کشش ثقل کا قانون – وه کیا ہے؟ وہ ایک مسلمان ہے! ہر وہ چیز جو خود کو عظیم خدا کے سپرد کرتی ہے وہ مسلمان ہے! لہٰذا جب ہم اپنی مرضی سے عظیم خدا کی فرمانبرداری کرتے ہیں تو ہم مسلمان ہیں! یسوع مسیح ایک مسلمان تھے۔ ان کی مہربان ماں مسلمان تھیں۔ ابراہیم مسلمان تھے، موسٰ ی ایک مسلمان تھے۔ تمام پیغمبر مسلمان تھے! لیکن وہ اپنے لوگوں میں آئے اور وہ مختلف زبانیں بولتے تھے۔ حضرت محمدؐ عربی زبان بولتے تھے۔ تو عربی زبان میں جو شخص خود کو سپرد کردے اور پیش کردے وہ مسلمان ہے۔ الہ تعالی کا ہر رسول اور پیغمبر بالکل ایک جیسا لے کر آئے اور یہ بنیادی پیغام ہے کہ "عظیم خدا کی عبادت کرو اور خلوص کے ساتھ اس کے ہوجاؤ"۔ اسی طرح ہم ہر مشہور رسول کے پیغام کا موازنہ کریں تو ہم اس حقیقت کو پالیں گے۔
