This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages, losses or expenses, even if CSI, or representatives thereof, are advised of the possibility of such damages, losses, or expenses. You have sole responsibility to adequately protect and backup data and/or equipment and to take reasonable and appropriate precautions to scan for computer viruses, worms, or other destructive properties. CSI will not be responsible for any consequential damages you or anyone else suffers if you transmit confidential, proprietary or sensitive information to CSI via the Internet. To the extent you enroll for services provided by CSI, any transmissions via the internet by means of CSI services are governed by the relevant Subscriber Agreement, Certificate Practices Statement, Privacy Statement and Relying Party Agreements, as amended from time to time, which agreements and statements are incorporated by reference into this agreement.
