comme l'un des facteurs décisifs de l'apprentissage. La participation est liée au rendement scolaire, mais nous la considérons comme un but important en soi. Elle traduit une disposition à l'apprentissage, à la collaboration, et une aptitude à fonctionner dans une institution sociale.

Learning is a function of: quality instruction in an enabling context, student engagement and time, learning time. And it's really a product of those three things because if you don't, if any one of them is absent, the net result is zero. That is, if you have great quality of instruction, enabling context and good student engagement but not enough learning time, you're not going to get much learning going on. And so you really need all four of those things working together.
