Ils ont également une approche différente relativement aux restrictions qui s'appliquent à la pratique ou à d'autres aspects ainsi qu'à la manière d'intégrer les diplômés internationaux en médecine dans l'effectif. Je crois qu'il y a un certain nombre de très bons modèles. L'Ontario a, entre autres, permis aux auxiliaires médicaux d'être considérés comme des diplômés internationaux en médecine; ainsi ils peuvent entrer facilement au sein de l'effectif, et plusieurs d'entre eux réussissent à obtenir leur licence. Vous avez mentionné le programme de l'Alberta. Le Québec a aussi connu une grande amélioration de sa capacité d'accueillir des étudiants et a apporté un changement important dans sa manière de procéder à cet égard.

Each jurisdiction has taken a slightly different approach in how they assess, integrate, and license, as well as on whether there are any practice or other restrictions and on how they integrate them into the workforce. I think there have been a number of very good models. One of the things Ontario has done is allow physician assistant models to be IMGs, which gives them a really nice entry into the workforce, and many of those people then go on very successfully to get full licences. You mentioned Alberta's program. Quebec has seen a large surge as well in its educational capacity and how they have done it.

J’ai découvert le yoga en 2008. Ayant fait du ballet de l’enfance à l’adolescence, je retrouvais dans le yoga les bienfaits que la danse m’apportait, et bien plus. En 2009 j’ai commencé à enseigner différents styles de cours de groupes dans des centres de conditionnement physique. Cette expérience a été très enrichissante puisqu’elle m’a, entre autres, permis de développer ma confiance en moi. Parallèlement, ma passion pour le yoga n’a cessé de croître. L’année dernière, j’ai pris une des meilleures décisions de ma vie, qui a été de suivre la formation de professeur Wanderlust. Ce que je souhaite plus que tout est de continuer d’apprendre et de pouvoir aider les étudiants à travers la pratique du yoga.

I discovered yoga in 2008. Having done ballet from childhood to adolescence, I found in yoga the same benefits that dance brought me, and even more. In 2009, I started teaching different styles to group classes in fitness centres. This experience was very rewarding to me because, among other things, it helped develop my confidence. Meanwhile, my passion for yoga has grown steadily. Last year, I made the best decision of my life, which was to follow the Wanderlust teacher training. What I want more than anything is to continue to learn and to help students through the practice of yoga.
