L'idée d'une inadmissibilité d'application uniforme pour certaines catégories est à mes yeux une fausse solution qui consiste à escamoter le problème et à prétendre qu'il n'existe pas. C'est une mesure qui est non seulement injuste et injustifiée, mais qui a aussi, c'est mon opinion sincère, un effet négatif sur la sécurité publique.
