My point is that if we were to get the film immediately after it was finished at the cinema, we would be incented to support the theatrical release of the film into the cinema. What we would do is, instead of waiting three or four years and having a little promotion strategy for the film, we would become involved at the very front end with the producer and the distributor in terms of releasing the film cinematically. What that would inevitably mean is that we would put more money into promotion, and we would put it in in a way that would be much more focused, given however it is that they're going to try to sell the film.

The statuette awarded for the "Cesar for Best Foreign Film" is given to the director of the film. If there is a CNC-approved French Co-Producer, a statuette shall also be given to the French Co-Producer as well as the foreign Executive Producer (if he/she so requests), identified as such in the production approval application for the film. If there is no CNC-approved French Co-Producer, a statuette shall also be given to the French distributor holding the exclusive authorisation for distribution to cinemas throughout France. In the case of film co-distribution, the "Distributor" will be considered, for the requirements of the present regulation, to be the distribution company that has carried out the programming in cinemas, whose teaser appears before the opening credits of the film in its cinema version.

The Göttingen-Weende hospital had an isolated PACS in the radiology department. Consequently, the first step of the project involved replacing the old PACS as well as integrating modalities and the AGFA Orbis hospital information system. Furthermore, established workflows needed to be transferred to the new system, and legacy data needed to be imported from the previous image storage system. Today, synedra AIM covers the typical tasks of an enterprise PACS – ranging from image distribution and archiving to the management of multimedia data outside the radiology department to image and film documentation in the OR. Further applications include the reading of external CDs, the production of CDs by means of a disc producer, and the legally compliant long-term archiving with FAST LTA Silent Cubes. The communication with partner institutes and referring physicians is based on DICOM E-mail. Since 2015, the installation has been in use at the Weende, Lenglern and Uslar health centers as well.
