D'un point de vue pratique, je ne vois pas comment on peut offrir des services d'interprétation dans des régions du pays où on n'en a pas besoin, sauf de loin en loin. Je ne sais pas comment on pourrait régler ce problème.

From a practical point of view, I don't see how you have translation available in parts of the country that don't need it for the occasional person who does need it. I don't know how you work that.
