Plotting energy use vs. influencing factors can help to establish relationships. For example, energy use can be plotted against production to reveal a clear relationship (see Figure 25).

The normal baseline of the territorial sea is determined using appropriate points along the low water line of the coast. Straight baselines can be drawn joining appropriate points along a deeply indented coastline or fringe of islands along the coast in its immediate vicinity. Where appropriate, lines drawn using a combination of both methods can be used.

Interpretation of the graphs should indicate at what point the intertidal zones change. Other recorded observations can be used to determine where organisms live. When doing this, diagrams can be drawn to show food chains indicating which organism is occupying which trophic level (i.e. is it a producer, consumer, scavenger, etc.).

Execution, Execution, Execution. Now, I’m not talking about PP efficiency or effectively working a 3-on-2; to win, to really win, you need to have a plan and you need to execute on it regardless of what outsiders think. Yes, the Kings have played incredibly well on the ice, but GM Dean Lombardi came up with a plan years ago, stuck to his guns, and executed it. If you’re really going to win, you need to be willing to run in front of buses each and every day and make hard and fast decisions to capitalize on that opportunity you believe in.

The plane of the blackboard is of dimension 2 because to locate a point in this plane, one can plot two perpendicular straight lines on the blackboard and describe the position of points with respect to these two axes: they are the abscissa and the ordinate (the x and y coordinates). For the space in which we live, one can supplement the two axes of the blackboard by tracing a third axis, perpendicular to the blackboard. Of course, it is rather rare to have chalk that plots straight lines which leave the blackboard, but as we are ready to go off into the fourth dimension, we shall need magic chalk!

According to Greenpeace, normal operation of nuclear power stations can pollute the sea, but by far the biggest point-sources of man-made radioactive elements in the sea are the nuclear fuel reprocessing plants at La Hague in France and at Sellafield in the UK. These discharges have resulted in the widespread contamination of living marine resources over a wide area; radioactive elements traceable to reprocessing can be found in seaweeds as far away as the West Greenland Coast and along the coast of Norway.

In watdis polyline curves can be drawn between two nodes of a stretch. The polyline is transformed into a single pipe whose initial node matches the first end of the polyline and the end node coincides with the termination of the polyline. Here in red an example of a polyline between nodes C4 and C5. The inflections of the polylines are done with a simple right click of the mouse..

23                           In the case at bar, I am of the view that the dissemination of the respondent’s image constituted a violation of her privacy and of her right to her image.  In the abstract, to appropriate another person’s image without his or her consent to include it in a publication constitutes a fault.  I am of the view that a reasonable person would have been more diligent and would at least have tried to obtain the respondent’s consent to the publication of her photograph.  The appellants did not do everything necessary to avoid infringing the respondent’s rights.  In this regard, a parallel can be drawn with the obligation of diligence the news media must meet in gathering information in order to avoid liability for defamation should their comments prove to be inaccurate:  Société Radio-Canada v. Radio Sept‑Îles inc., [1994] R.J.Q. 1811 (C.A.), at pp. 1818‑21.

The five -sided pentagonal ground-plan is much less common and is rarely seen in architectural history. This is inexplicable because the pentagon’s geometry is equally simple and elegant, but it is hardly ever used as the basis for a building plan. Perhaps the most well-known example is the Pentagon - the Washington headquarters of the United States’ military operations. It is an enormous complex of interconnected elements in which all of the outside corners are 108 degrees (see fig.4), and all of the intersecting corridors meet at the same unusual angle. The five-pointed star has been a constant in American heraldry and national iconography (see fig.5). From the original thirteen stars stitched onto the first flag of the original thirteen colonies by Betsy Ross to the current fifty, it has evolved into a particularly American star shape - in the same way that the six-pointed star of David (formed by two overlapping equilateral triangles) is an essential element in Jewish iconography (see fig.6). A perfect five-pointed star may be traced into the plan of the Pentagon, and one wonders if there is a connection between the plan and the stars on the flag.
