Vous êtes entièrement responsable des informations de votre compte avec les sites de Du régiment aux bâtiments, de vos informations de métier ou des informations dans un compte du Comité conjoint de formation des apprentis (JATC) ou de toute autre information concernant les affichages d'emploi ou d'apprentissage, les Profils, le contenu (y compris, mais non de façon limitative, les œuvres, quelle qu'en soit la forme, le support ou la technologie utilisés, que ces derniers soient actuels ou futurs), messages, audio, vidéo, photos, texte, images, compilations ou autres informations (« Contenu de l'Utilisateur ») que Vous affichez sur les sites de Du régiment aux bâtiments ou que vous transmettez à d'autres utilisateurs.

You are solely responsible for your Helmets to Hardhats Account information, employer, trade or Joint Apprenticeship Training Committee (JATC) account information or job and apprenticeship postings, Profile, content (including, without limitation works in any form, media, or technology whether now known or later developed), messages, audio, video, photos, text, images, compilations or other information ("User Content") that You post on any Helmets to Hardhats Sites or transmit to other Users. You agree that in submitting User Content or otherwise using any Helmets to Hardhats Sites that you will not impersonate any person, or submit any materials to us that are false, inaccurate, misleading, unlawful, or are otherwise in violation of your obligations under these Terms. H2H acts as a passive conduit for the online distribution and publication of User Content and has no obligation to screen User Content, communications or information in advance and is not responsible for screening or monitoring User Content posted by Users. However, H2H may review and remove any User Content that, in its sole judgment, violates these Terms, violates applicable laws, rules or regulations, is abusive, disruptive, offensive or illegal, or violates the rights of, or harms or threatens the safety of, Users of any Helmets to Hardhats Sites. H2H reserves the right to expel Users and prevent their further access to the Helmets to Hardhats Sites and/or use of Helmets to Hardhats services for violating the Terms or applicable laws, rules or regulations. H2H may take any action with respect to User Content that we deem necessary or appropriate in our sole discretion if we believe that such User Content could create liability for us, damage our brand or public image, or cause us to lose (in whole or in part) the services of its ISPs or other suppliers.
