Obejmuje to np. określanie najczęściej wybieranych produktów, pustych i zatłoczonych obszarów w sklepie oraz oczywiście pozyskiwanie w czasie rzeczywistym danych demograficznych i danych o zaangażowaniu.

Taking the skeleton theme to its ultimate conclusion, the link construction of the chain echoes the alternating solid and void areas, while the finely crafted base is designed to form an inseparable entity with the watch. Symbolically evoking a device used in watchmaking workshops to measure precision, this beautifully curved and – you guessed it! – openworked holder will find a place of honour in any elegant interior.

HOUSEWARMING - In a two-dimensional dystopian landscape of deserted, half-built houses in ex-communist Albania, an allegorical version of Goldilocks and the Three Bears unfolds. Like so many Albanians, the owners of the unfinished homes emigrated to the West after the end of the totalitarian regime (1991). Effi Weiss & Amir Borenstein invade the liminal space of the houses and occupy their emptiness, while the voice of an Albanian iso-polyphonic choir* sings poems based on interviews with locals responding to the artists’ invasion. This act of reverse immigration, from a place regarded as representative of Western affluence to a place considered destitute and deficient, critically inquires into the status of artists as privileged foreigners, short-term migrants who come to work with a local community. It’s a movement from the full to the empty, from excess to lack. *a traditional form from southern Albania

The conceptual tension which resonates from the phrase “socialist modernism” results from the apparent contrast between the terms “socialist realism” and “modernism”. Although modernism brought many different concepts into being, one of its premises -- in art at least -- prevailed: the reversal of the hierarchies of representation that ended up as anti-representative. [7] This “iconoclasm” stands in direct opposition to the focus on the “real” in “socialist realism”. However, it should not be forgotten that modernism had its avant-garde component that connected the aesthetic to the political, the singular to the communitarian. Unfortunately, within the architectural programmatic manifestos such as those proclaimed by Le Corbusier and Tange, the aestheticisation of the political often led to an inevitable alienation. It also ended up reinforcing the difference between political, social and cultural elites living within the “City Wall,” and the socially and ethnically marginalised subjects (poor workers or ethnic minorities) left outside the “City Gate”.

Given these multiple aggressions, the grass cover does not always remain undamaged after a whole season. It is indeed not rare that an homogeneous loss of grass density is noticed of that more or less large empty areas appear, thereby causing a profitability loss. Depending on the proportion of remaining good grass (at least 30%), overseeding might be considered. The aim is to complete the flora cover on the meadow by introducing a selection of quickly germinating species improving the quality in the empty areas, so that they are not filled with undesired plants. The advantage of overseeding is to maintain a production while preserving the majority of the vegetation that is already present. Two conditions should however be met: scraping the ground to erase undesired plants and generating a fine earth that is necessary for the new seeds (it is more profitable to fit a seeder on its harrow). The soil will also have to be sufficiently warm and humid to allow a quick germination. Overseeding will therefore be done in the spring, or at the end of the summer, so that plants can grow enough to resist to the first droughts or frosts. If need be, it can be judicious to benefit from the animals' trampling to complete the work, in order to optimize the contact between the seeds and the earth.
