The human being is a prosthesis god. The body of man, ready to transmit suffering and aversion at all times, becomes godlike when he applies all his prostheses. With the metaphor of the "god of the prosthesis", Freud already points to the desire of man to leave the lack of man behind through technology. For example, we built bicycles and cars that serve as locomotion prostheses and move us quickly from one place to another. With glasses we see better and with rockets we even move into space. But man is not a god.' (Nezaket Ekici)

28:6.22 (317.3) Die Einschätzung der Größe variiert von Sphäre zu Sphäre. Groß sein heißt
gottgleich

28:7.2 (317.5) Of the three orders of seconaphim, the tertiary group, attached to the ascendant authorities, minister most extensively to the ascending creatures of time. You will on occasion meet them soon after your departure from Urantia, though you will not freely make use of their services until you reach the tarrying worlds of Orvonton. You will enjoy their companionship when you become fully acquainted with them during your sojourn on the Uversa school worlds.

Agrippa died suddenly during the imperial games in Caesarea Maritima in 44 CE – allegedly because he had allowed himself to be venerated during the games as a god. This negative depiction in apostolic history stands in opposition to the positive characterization of Agrippa by Flavius Josephus. The latter describes Agrippa’s personal intervention against the installation of a statue of Caligula in the Temple of Jerusalem by the Syrian provincial governor Publius Petronius, which had met intense resistance by the Jewish populace: Agrippa thus rendered a great service to the Temple. Herod only escaped the threat of imperial retribution through the death of Caligula soon thereafter. Accounts of this episode differ in the written record, and a precise reconstruction of events is difficult.
