The central part of the report is the map of the large-scale network and the wildlife corridors (map 2). Each interregional wildlife corridor is briefly described in Annex 3, together with its general conditions, and possibilities for its improvement. Finally, chapter 8 describes how the report can be implemented.

The plant collects waste from vegetable markets producing compost through aerobic degradation and at the same time reducing methane emissions. During the pilot, in total 140 tons of fresh organic waste from local markets were collected (2 to 3 tons per day) and 15 tons of high quality compost was produced. The compost meets international quality standards regarding nutrient content.

Many travel and landscape photography pictures have very high contrast. “Dynamic range” is the term for the range of light intensity from the darkest shadows to the brightest highlights and it is measured in “exposure values” (EV), also commonly called “stops”. Our eyes are able to adapt to see high contrast scenes but the dynamic range of the sensor of a digital camera is limited. Unfortunately the dynamic range of monitors, photographic paper or print is even more limited. A dynamic range of an image of about 8 to 9 EV is usually no problem. Experienced photographers can handle dynamic ranges of 10 to 11 EV quite well with exact exposure settings and with the help of calibrated monitors. But what about high contrast scenes with a dynamic range of 14 EV and higher? In particular landscape photography offers a wide range of high contrast scenes: idyllic sunsets by the seaside, backlit photography or scenes in high mountain regions.

Bangladesh faces a great problem of malnutrition amongst its population. In the target areas where Terre des hommes is present, one on three children suffers from malnutrition. Terre des hommes works on preventing this situation with its social work on the field. It also has a Specialized Nutrition Unit in Kurigram where children identified as severely malnourished are referred and treated by a professional and very specialized medical team. The health depends also on the quality of the drinkable water: in a country where surface water is heavily contaminated and deep water polluted by arsenic, it needs a professional approach to give access to drinkable water to the communities, whatever the conditions are: urban slums, easily flooded villages,... Bangladesh is known for the disasters it has to face: heavy monsoon rains, storms, cyclone and now the impact of the global climate change. Those heavily affect the food security and the health of the population. Terre des hommes works on developing projects that can minimize the effects of these disasters on the population.

The Studio features of Revu pack the punch of Revu’s PDF-editing software with the added ability for multiple users to sign in to the same drawing review sessions, offering simultaneous, real-time editing for users who can be located hundreds of miles apart. These interactive chances for project review can be crucial to teams who are geographically spread out. “What this has given us the opportunity to do is to collaborate with our other offices,” explains Ugarow. “We have offices here in the UK in London, Farnborough, Cambridge and Manchester. We also have two offices in the Middle East; in Qatar and Abu Dhabi. We use two or three of our offices to coordinate the design, so again, Revu’s Studio feature is actually perfect for that.” Given the need for regular cross-office collaboration, the firm decided to add the cloud-based subscription for Studio Prime, which offers all the collaborative possibilities of Revu’s Studio, but with secure administrative controls and the ability to customise the product using an open API for cross-software collaboration. With Prime, Hilson Moran can grant and restrict access, control protocols and safely guard project information contained in the collaborative Studio Sessions through their own IT team and level of discretion. “I think adopting Studio Prime certainly gave us a bit more level of comfort because you know these days cyber security is a massive issue. A lot of our clients are very sensitive in terms of the projects they do but at the end of the day, you can't sort of push against the tide,” says Ugarow. “You know the way the whole IT industry is going to be working is moving towards the cloud, so rather than pushing against that, we'd much rather look at ways to still be in a secure environment but actually use those new technologies.” Hilson Moran’s forward thinking is rooted in 40 years of project experience and the ability to forecast issues and specific needs. “For us, really it was a case of making sure that we've got visibility and to some level sort of control over what's being done.
