In the event of foreclosure, court-ordered seizure or any other action by third parties affecting the goods under retention, the buyer is required to immediately notify the seller. In the event of court-ordered distraint, the customer/buyer is required to disclose that the seized goods in question are subject to the rights and title of a third party (i.e., the seller). The buyer shall bear the costs resulting from an intervention.
