Auf dem Praděd steht ein 162 m hoher Fernsehturm mit Restaurant und Aussichtsplattform, vor der aus bei guter Sicht beispielsweise der Berg Lysá hora in den Beskyden, die Hohe Tatra in der Slowakei und die österreichi­schen Alpen zu sehen sind. Im Winter befindet sich hier ein beliebtes Skizentrum, denn der Schnee liegt hier oft noch bis zum Mai.

Arosa is a tourist resort both during the summer - with the possibility to enjoy walking and hiking (there are over 200 km of well-marked trails for hiking), and winter, at the end of the valley Schannfigg. Arosa in summer is ideal for family holidays, due to the presence of many lakes, including the Obersee and Untersee, equipped with deckchairs and parasols. In winter, there are lots of opportunities to have fun, starting from more than 60 km for alpine skiing and 40 for the cross-country. Do not miss the tracks dedicated to sliding and snowboarding: for the latter, the meeting point is the snowpark, in Tschuggen.

Both the beach and the village centre are within a short walking distance of the apartments. Just before the beach you will find a small pine grove with a play-park for children or for you to simply enjoy the shade afforded by the tall trees and sea breeze. The apartments are fully equipped with everything you may need for cooking and each apartment has a large terrace where you can eat "al fresco" or just soak in the sun on the loungers. Inside the apartments you will find satellite TV, telephone and hairdryers in the bathroom. In the surrounding garden there are barbecues and also a washing machine for comunal use. You may also wish to make use our "take-away" restaurant, swimming pool , bar and reception facilities including fax and safety deposit box during the summer opening of the Hotel Elba. Apartments sleep 2 - 4 or 5 people and each apartment has a car space available. We are open all year round with central heating during the winter months.
