Astăzi, este dificil să spunem care ar fi fost soarta și situația școlilor cu predare în grafia latină din regiunea transnistreană, care ar fi fost soarta tinerilor eliberați din arest după evenimentele din 7 aprilie 2009 sau ce s-ar fi întâmplat cu numeroasele persoane reținute abuziv de structurile din Tiraspol.

Would the Russian Federation have been convicted in the case of young Vadim Pisari, shot by a Russian soldier from the peacekeeping force in the Transnistrian region, and what would have been the fate of the young mother Victoria Pruteanu, a victim of domestic violence, if those cases had not been brought to the attention of the experts and human rights defenders of the Promo-LEX Association?

Сегодня, трудно сказать, какой бы была судьба и ситуации приднестровских школ с преподаванием на основе латинской графики, какой бы была судьба молодых людей освобожденных из-под ареста после событий 7 апреля 2009 года, или что случилось бы со многими людьми, незаконно задержанными Тираспольскими структурами. Стало бы возможным осуждение Российской Федерации по делу Вадима Писаря, молодого человека застреленного российским военнослужащим из числа контингента миротворческих сил из приднестровского региона, либо какой бы была судьба молодой мамы Виктории Прутяну, жертвы домашнего насилия, если бы эти случаи не привлекли внимание экспертов и правозащитников Ассоциации Promo-LEX?
