The organisation BAB-VIA is well-known in Geneva and the surrounding area for its work with young people and young adults: On the one side, it provides temporary job placements (Boîte à Boulot or BAB) and on the other, offers young people who have left school or work early support and help with reintegration (Vers l’Integration et l’Autonomie or VIA).

L’organisation BAB-VIA est connue pour son action auprès des adolescents et des jeunes adultes dans la région de Genève et ses environs. Elle offre d’une part un service de placement dans des emplois de courte durée (Boîte à Boulots, BAB). D’autre part, elle propose des mesures d’accompagnement et d’intégration à destination des jeunes qui ont quitté l’école ou abandonné tout projet de formation (Vers l’Intégration et l’Autonomie, VIA).

تشتهر منظمة BAB VIA في جنيف والمنطقة المجاورة لها بعملها مع الفتيات والفتيان والشباب: فمن جهة توفر لهم فرص عمل قصيرة المدة Boîte à Boulot bzw. BAB)) ومن جهة أخرى تساعدهم من خلال مرافقتهم وتوفير المشورة والدعم اللازم للشباب الذين توقفوا عن الدراسة أو عن التدريب المهني بهدف الاندماج والاستقلالية (Vers l’Integration et l’Autonomie bzw. VIA).
