Enver Tatlısu yarışmaya ilk etapta 3 projeyle katıldığını ikinci etapta ise yeni projeler eklediğini belirterek, “Yarışmaya bitirme projem olan tekerlekli sandalye, 3. sınıf mobilya tasarım atölyesinde tasarladığım Türklerin geleneksel yerde yemek yeme kültürünü modern bir çizgide sunan oturma birimi ve tasarım öğrencilerinin kullanımına uygun bant dispanseri ile katıldım. İkinci aşamada ise bu projelere ek olarak Vestel'de staj yaparken tasarladığım lap-top ve halk pazarları için tasarlanan pazar arabasını da sundum. Yarışmaya katılmamda ısrar eden Endüstriyel Tasarım Bölüm Başkanı öğretim üyesi Yrd. Doç. Ahmet Can Özcan’a çok teşekkür ederim” diye konuştu.

Enver Tatlısu stated that he had attended the competition with 3 projects in the first round and he added new projects in the second round. He said, “I attended the project with my graduation project about wheeled chair, my 3rd grade furniture design project that presents the traditional habit of the Turkish people, dining on the floor in a modern design, and scotch tape dispenser that the students can use. In the second phase, I presented the laptop computer I deigned while doing internship in Vestel and the shopping trolley designed for public markets. I thank a lot to the Head of Department of Industrial Design Assoc. Prof. Ahmet Can Özcan who insisted on me to participate in the competition."

“TÜİK Türkiye konut satış istatistikleri Ocak 2013-Mayıs 2016 arasında incelendiğinde, aylık satış rakamlarının Ocak 2013-Temmuz 2014 döneminde çoğunlukla 80 bin – 100 bin ve sonrasında çoğunlukla 100 bin-120 bin aralığında salındığı görülmektedir. Dolayısıyla aylık konut satışlarının Ocak 2013 yılından beri istikrarlı şekilde bir bant içinde salındığı tespitini yapmak yanlış olmaz. Aynı tespit yeni konut-ikinci el konut, ipotekli satış-diğer satış türleri için de geçerlidir. Türkiye’de gerçekleşen toplam ipotekli satışların ekonomik ve siyasi gelişmelerden etkilenerek daha geniş bir aralıkta salındığı görülmektedir. İpotekli satışlarda Temmuz 2013’te başlayan azalma Ocak 2014’te dip yaptıktan sonra Eylül 2014’te zirve yapmış, ancak Mart-Nisan 2015’te tekrar düşmeye başlamıştır.”

“When we look at TSI’s home sale statistics in Turkey for January 2013-May 2016 period, we can see that monthly sale figures for January 2013-July 2014 period were swinging between 80 – 100 thousand, and after that period, it was between 100 - 120 thousand. Therefore, it would be safe to assume that monthly home sales experienced a steady swing since January 2013. Same assumption is also good for new houses, second hand houses, mortgage sales, and other types of sales. The decrease in mortgage sales which started in July 2013, hit rock bottom in January 2014 and peaked in September 2014, but started to decrease again in March-April 2015.”
