Within the context of the public private partnership Cityline sa (Citydev.Brussels - the former SDRB -, Immo BAM and C.E.I. De Meyer), a former bus depot of the public transport company De Lijn in Anderlecht (Brussels) changed of purpose. The site, situated near the Brussels-Charleroi channel, at 500 meters of the railway station Brussels South, has been transformed in a mixed-use development of 15.000 m² of residences, 9.400 m² of space for economic activities and 9.000 m² of underground parking space. The project's realisation illustrates the link between urbanism and architecture in its treatment of a functional mix, its architectural integration in the quarter and the dialogue it recreates between buildings, green spaces and environment.
