Integrated 3D functionality is now also entering CAE systems: EPLAN Pro Panel allows standards-compliant 3D mounting layouts including production drawings to be created. On a uniform data basis the optional module for the EPLAN Platform supports project planning in electrical and fluid engineering across disciplines.

The automatic production of detailed reports based on wiring diagrams is an integral part of a comprehensive documentation system and provides subsequent phases of the project, such as production, assembly, commissioning and service with the data required. Les normes sont définies? C'est alors que l'EPLAN Engineering Configuration One (EEC One) justifie sont utilité. Sous la forme d'un tableau, des macros et jeux de valeurs peuvent être combinés via un frontend Excel. L'exemple de macro intégré offre une aide pour la sélection. Ainsi, des variantes peuvent être présentées confortablement. Les macros sélectionnées sont déposées dans le tableau avec la fonction ‘drag & drop’. Le choix de Microsoft Office est logique. Il s'agit de la norme pour une gestion aisée de données, telles que listes de moteurs et listes entrées/sorties. Grâce à l'EEC One, une entreprise peut donc appliquer aisément la technologie existante dans MS Excel sur sa plate-forme EPLAN et générer automatiquement tous les schémas électriques et des fluides nécessaires. L'EEC One offre immédiatement des avantages considérables. Il permet aux entreprises de générer de la documentation de manière uniforme et de regrouper tout le savoir-faire de projet dans un système centralisé. Cette construction modulaire des schémas est également la première étape vers une approche modulaire. L'EEC One permet aux entreprises d'évoluer à leur propre rythme et de manière progressive vers une ingénierie mécatronique, pour ainsi réduire les délais d'exécution et le temps de mise sur le marché.

Zijn de standaards gedefinieerd? Dan bewijst EPLAN Engineering Configuration One (EEC One) zijn nut. In tabelvorm kunnen macro's en waardesets via een Excel-frontend worden gecombineerd. De keuze voor Microsoft Office is logisch. Het is de standaard voor een eenvoudig beheer van data zoals motorlijsten en IO-lijsten. Dankzij EEC One kan een bedrijf dan ook vlot de bestaande technologie binnen MS Excel toepassen op zijn EPLAN platform en automatisch alle benodigde elektrische en fluidschema's genereren. Het EEC One biedt direct grote voordelen. Het stelt bedrijven in staat om op uniforme manier documentatie te genereren en alle projectknowhow in een centraal systeem te bundelen. Deze modulaire opbouw van de schema’s betekent ook de eerste stap naar een modulaire aanpak. EEC One geeft bedrijven dan ook de mogelijkheid om op eigen tempo en stap voor stap door te groeien naar mechatronisch engineeren, om zo hun doorlooptijden en time-to-market te verkleinen.
