The frequency chosen for the 60m band is: 5.311,5 KHz USB. Also some activity is expected in other HF ham bands, like 3.760 KHz (80m), 7.110 KHz (40m) and 14.300 KHz (20m), as well as in VHF, CB and PMR frequencies.
The way to do it is by sending short messages. To make things easier a template is created in order to collect data of messages. A howto in English is provided:

Participation: More than 660 responses were received. They came from 40 different countries in 6 continents (85% from Europe). 95% of them are from hams, 3% from SWLs and 2% from others, mainly CB users. 98% of the respondents were OMs (men).
Participation: Plus de 660 réponses ont été reçues. Ils sont venus de 40 pays différents dans 6 continents (85% en Europe). 95% d’entre eux sont de Radioamateurs, 3% de SWLs et 2% des autres utilisateurs, principalement CB. 98% des répondants étaient OMS (hommes).
Participación: Más de 660 respuestas fueron recibidas. Venían de 40 países distintos en 6 continentes (85% de Europa). 95% de ellas eran de radioaficionados, 3% de radioescuchas y 2% de otros, principalmente de usuarios de CB. 98% de los encuestados eran hombres.
