The tactics of the SAC is described as a "Giant Slalom" where they in the beginning of the seventies tried to set up networks, and in the end of the seventies decided that "the SAC in principle should be member of a syndicalist international". The SAC hoped to build this international around an established axis with the reformists in the CNT when they had the National Committee.

En 1995 la NSF pasó un informe a la AIT titulado “quien está haciendo sonar los tambores de guerra” analizando la SAC como organización, y las tácticas de la SAC y los libertarios reformistas. Las tácticas de la SAC están descritas como “Slalom Gigante” donde al principio de los setenta intentaron establecer redes, y al final de los setenta decidieron que “la SAC en principio debería ser miembro de una internacional sindicalista”. La SAC esperaba construir esta internacional a su alrededor y estableció un eje con los reformistas de la CNT cuando éstos se hicieron cargo del Comité Nacional.

We also have received news of solidarity actions. Unions of the CNT-AIT from places like Albacete, Cornellá de Llobregat, Elx, Granada, Iruña or Miranda de Ebro organized pickets at Orange outlets. He says that IWA's SAC boycott came from the fifties, but that the time is progressing and that the time is more ripe for a normalisation at the official level. “El Secretario Internacional de la SAC, Kieran Casey, escribió un artículo interesante en el Boletín Interno de la SAC, el Syndikalisten nº 7/8 1995. El título era “El tiempo no ha parado, ¿es el momento de re-afiliarse a la AIT?” En el dice que el boicot de la AIT a la SAC venía de los años cincuenta, pero que el tiempo está progresando y está más maduro ahora para una normalización a nivel oficial. La mayor parte de las Secciones no son un problema en este proceso, pero el problema Español está arrojando sombras y es más difícil de resolver. Dice que la SAC intentará resolverlo. En cambio enviarán un llamamiento a las Secciones de la AIT y les pedirá que cancelen la decisión de no tener contactos oficiales. Esto debe llevarse a cabo en el próximo Congreso de la AIT”.
