Bei Fragen können Sie sich an den Bürgerservice der Gemeinde in Dänemark wenden, in der Sie Ihren Wohnsitz hatten. Damit wir das Geld auszahlen können, füllen Sie bitte das Formular aus und schicken Sie es zusammen mit einer Kopie eines der folgenden Identitätsdokumente an uns: Reisepass, Personalausweis (mit Foto und Geburtsangaben), EU-Führerschein, dänische Krankenversicherungskarte mit Personenkennzahl (CPR-Nummer), Taufschein oder Geburtsurkunde mit CPR-Nummer oder Lohnsteuerkarte mit CPR-Nummer.
