Ezintasunaren lehen egunean, honakoa ziurtatu beharko du Asegurudunak: autonomo gisa ordaindutako lanbide profesional bat duela, gaixotasun edo istripu baten ondorioz lana erabat utzi behar izan duela eta, ezbeharraren berri ematen den unean, ez dela berriro lanean hasteko gai. Aldi baterako ezintasuneko 30 eguneko epe oso bat betez gero, hileko 150 euroko kopuru finkoa duen ordainketan datza kalte-ordainak.

The Insured Party shall demonstrate that he or she exercised a remunerated professional activity on a self-employed basis on the first day of disability and had to stop work completely as a result of an illness or accident, and that they are still not capable of restarting such work at the time he or she files the claim. The compensation shall consist of payment of a fixed amount for each full 30 day period of temporary disability. The compensation shall be paid for up to a maximum of 12 consecutive months per event resulting in a claim, or up to 18 accumulated months per insured party for different events, within the cover period. Once this maximum compensation has been reached, the Insured Party must work for a period of 12 months to regain the right to receive compensation. The amount of compensation shall be set forth in the Particular Conditions of the Contract.

El Asegurado debe justificar que tenía una ocupación profesional remunerada como autónomo en el primer día de incapacidad y que tuvo que parar de trabajar totalmente, como resultado de una enfermedad o accidente, estando todavía inhabilitado para reanudar el trabajo cuando el siniestro es reportado. La indemnización consistirá en un pago de una cantidad fija por cada periodo completo de 30 días de incapacidad temporal. La indemnización será pagada hasta un máximo de 12 meses consecutivos por siniestro o hasta 18 meses acumulados por Asegurado por diferentes siniestros, dentro del periodo de cobertura. Una vez superada esta indemnización máxima, el Asegurado deberá estar trabajando por un periodo de 12 meses para que se reinicie el derecho a cobrar indemnización. El importe de la indemnización será el establecido en las Condiciones Particulares del Contrato.
