Ein Treffer kostet 0,15 Euro (0,60 polnisches Zloty; 0,19 U.S. Dollar). Diese Gebühr wird erhoben, wenn die Auktion, in der der Schuss abgegeben wurde, vom Benutzer gewonnen wurde. Falls Snip sich mit dem Resultat geirrt hat (also einen nicht getroffenen Schuss für einen Treffer hält) kann man dies reklamieren - und unter bestimmten Voraussetzungen eine Rückerstattung bekommen (s.u.).

Jedno trafienie, czyli strzał zakończony wygraniem aukcji, kosztuje 60 groszy. Proszę pamiętać, że opłaty pobierane są tylko za strzały wykonane w aukcjach, które zostały wygrane przez użytkownika. To file a complaint, please click the "ask for refund" link on the finished shots list, in the result field of the appropriate shot or on your transaction list beside the fee information.

Wenn Snip einen Schuss als "Volltreffer" bezeichnet hat, die Auktion aber in Wirklichkeit nicht von Dir gewonnen wurde, kannst Du eine Reklamation vorbringen. Du bekommst dann die erhobene Gebühr zurück. Um eine Reklamation vorzubringen, klick auf den Link "Reklamation", der sich auf der Liste der beendeten Schüsse in dem Feld mit dem Schussresultat befindet. Oder benutze in der Transaktionsliste den Link neben der Information über die Gebühr für den Schuss.

Jeżeli Snip oznaczył strzał jako "Trafiony", ale w rzeczywistości aukcja nie została przez Ciebie wygrana - możesz zgłosić nam reklamację. Otrzymasz wtedy zwrot pobranej opłaty. Aby złożyć reklamację kliknij link "reklamacja" znajdujący się na liście strzałów zakończonych w polu z wynikiem strzału lub ten znajdujący się na liście operacji obok informacji o opłacie za strzał.
