An Mitteln wurden hierfür bislang insgesamt rund 23,5 Millionen Euro bereitgestellt, teilweise mit Beteiligung des Europäischen Sozialfonds (ESF). Die Unterstützung erfolgt im Rahmen eines Anstellungsverhältnisses nach TV-L EG 13, im medizinisch-klinischen Bereich nach TV-Ä EG 1 (50 %-Stelle).

Since 1997, the state has been advertising the Margarete von Wrangell Habilitation Programme for the qualification of young female scientists for professorships. In ten tendering rounds to date, a total of 156 female professorial candidates from the humanities, social, life, nature and engineering sciences have been admitted into funding. To that end, a total of around 23.5 million euros has been provided to date, partly with involvement from the European Social Fund (ESF). The support takes place within the framework of an employment relationship according to TV-L EG 13, and according to TV-Ä EG 1 (50% position) in the medical/clinical area. This guarantees a full social insurance for women. The positions are integrated into the universities. Along with their research work, those who are funded thus have the opportunity and the obligation to teach four hours a week. The funding period regularly amounts to five years, three of which the Ministry of Science undertakes and the other two, the respective university.

Depuis 1997, le Land met des chaires de professeur au concours par le biais du programme d’ habilitation Margarete von Wrangell. En dix mises au concours, 156 candidates dans le domaine des sciences humaines et sociales, des sciences de la vie, de la nature et de l’ingénierie ont été acceptées dans le programme. Au total, près de 23,5 millions d’euros ont été mis à disposition pour cela, en partie avec la participation du fonds social européen (FSE). L’aide se présente sous la forme d’un contrat de travail selon la convention collective de la fonction publique régionale TV-L EG 13, et selon la convention collective de la fonction publique régionale TV-Ä EG 1 (poste à mi-temps) dans le domaine médico-clinique. Cela garantit une assurance sociale complète pour ces femmes. Les postes sont intégrés aux universités. Outre leur travail de recherche, les femmes subventionnées ont donc l’occasion et l’obligation de donner quatre heures de cours par semaine. La durée de l’aide est généralement de cinq ans, dont trois ans sont payés par le Ministère de la Science et deux ans par l’université concerné.
