11. Invalidity - If any of these Terms and Conditions are determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of any state or country in which these Terms and Conditions are intended to be effective, then to the extent and within the jurisdiction which that Term or Condition is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from this clause and the remaining terms and conditions shall survive, remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.

11. عدم الصلاحية - في حالة تبين ان اي من هذه الشروط والاحكام غير قانوني او غير نافذ او الى غير ذلك من عدم القابلية للتطبيق بسبب قوانين اية دولة او بلاد حيث قد تنطبق هذه الشروط والاحكام، فعندئذ يتم تجميد وشطب مثل هذا البند من هذه الشروط والاحكام الى الحد الذي يلبي فيه احكام القانون والتشريعات التي يعتبر بموجبها غير قانوني وغير نافذ وغير قابل للتطبيق وتبقى بقية الشروط والاحكام نافذة ومستمرة بكامل الصلاحية والمفعول وتظل ملزمة وواجبة التطبيق.
