The studio has won numerous awards including the Bauwelt Prize (Munich), the Young Architects Prize from the Catalan Institute of Architects (Barcelona), the Design Vanguard Award (New York), a Mention of Honor for Young Architects from the IX Spanish Architecture Biennale (Madrid), The Silver Medal of the XI Mexican Architecture Biennale in two different occasions (Mexico City), the Prize of the Ibero American Architecture Biennale (Cadiz), the International FAD Prize 2016 (Barcelona) the Spotlight Prize 2016 (Houston) and the Emerging Voices Award (2017) from the Architectural League of New York.

Cadaval & Solà-Morales es funda a Nova York l’any 2003, i l’any 2005 es trasllada a Barcelona tot obrint una oficina satèl·lit a la Ciutat de Mèxic. El despatx ha obtingut múltiples premis a nivell internacional, incloent entre d’altres: el prestigiòs Premi Bauwelt (Munich, 2009), el premi Joves Arquitectes del Col·legi d’Arquitectes de Catalunya (Barcelona, 2008), el Design Vanguard Award (Nova York, 2008), la menció d’arquitectura jove de la IX Bienal d’Arquitectura Espanyola (Madrid, 2007), La Medalla de Plata de la XI Bienal d’Arquitectura Mexicana (Méxic, 2010) el Premi de la VIII Bienal d’Arquitectura Iberoamericana (Càdiz, 2012). el Premi FAD Internacional 2016 (Barcelona) el Premi Spotlight Prize 2016 (Houston) i el Premi Emerging Voices (2017) de la Architectural League de Nova York.
