我讲一下我和一个很“刁”的顾客的故事。我刚接手SPAR门店时，经常会遇到这样一个顾客，她每次只买1.5元的肉，只买一根葱，只买1/4颗白菜。这和我们绝大部分本地顾客的购物习惯都不一样，我们没有人会这样买菜。而当时门店里精包装的商品种类不多，大部分商品都是成捆销售的，所以她会经常来找“事”。不过每次我们都会尽量满足她的要求，只要我看到她来店里都会主动和她打招呼，时间长了她也不像以前那么“傲气”了，还给我们提了很多的建意，比如把大葱整理干净，1-2根一包，价格可以卖高一点等等。结合她的建议，我们做了调研，根据客群的特点，随后我们店又开发了很多精品包装的蔬菜和商品，销售和毛利都有提升。现要我和她已经是很好的朋友了，她每次来都会和我打完招呼才会走。
