Romania si Ungaria au semnat Protocolul celei de-a saptea sesiuni a Comitetului de Specialitate romano-ungar de coordonare in problemele minoritatilor nationale. Documentul semnat marti, 14 iulie, prevede luarea de masuri urgente de catre Ungaria pentru reprezentarea parlamentara a romanilor, dar partile nu au reusit sa cada de acord cu privire la reprezentarea maghiarilor in structurile descentralizate romane.
