As you come into the village of Ginzling (from Passo Vizze), the first house with a sign for "Zimmer" (rooms) is comfortable. Food options in Ginzling are limited to a bakery with sporadic hours, and a Gasthof, that also offers rooms.

Dominikushuette is the first hut coming off the Passo Vizze -- 8km down--and a welcome choice. Hosts love hearing hiker stories, offer great food and comfortable lodging. Plus, there's a superb view of the glacier outside the dining room window. Highly recommended!

"Backpacker Hotel Adrenaline" is probably the cheapest place to stay in Braunwald, since "Zimmer" for rent are rare in CH. I paid SFR 52 in July 2011 for a comfortable room.

"Backpacker Hotel Adrenalinski" je verjetno najcenejši kraj za bivanje v Braunwald, saj "Zimmer" Oddaja redki CH. Plačal sem SFR 52 julija 2011 za udobno sobo.

Im Hostel in Le Boisses kann man billig Übernachten und das Essen ist gut. Die Zimmer sind aber sehr schmutzig.

The sympathetic and helpful young couple hosts gave us interesting Tips for hiking in the area and a wonderful breakfast :) This lovingly prepared but hammocks in the garden and talking with the hosts Ervin and Tamara.

Rifugio Garibaldi, sobe v alpskem slogu, bar, restavracijo z značilno in zavetišče za kolesa za gorske kolesarje. V osrčju nacionalnega parka Stelvio, od prelaza Stelvio vzpenja na slikoviti poti, ki je del "Via Alpina" (R70 in R71 postopka), peš ali z gorskim kolesom, čez nekaj minut do Rifugio Garibaldi ( 2845 m). Garibaldi Hütte, Zimmer rustikalem Stil, bar, restavracija mit traditioneller Küche und der Region Mountain Bike-Depot für Urlauber. Die Hütte befindet sich im Herzen des Nationalparks Stilfserjoch, von der Passhöhe hinauf zur Garibaldi Hütte (2.845 m) führt ein gut markierter Wanderweg, der zur Via Alpina (Etappe R70 in R71) gehört. Der Weg ist für Wanderer und Biker geeignet.
