De plus, on dénombrait 1 373.52 comptes de dépôt ouverts auprès des banques commerciales pour 1 000 adultes, contre 173.93 prêts consentis par une banque commerciale pour 1 000 adultes. Par ailleurs, les indicateurs du rapport Doing Business montrent que le pays se classe à la 166e place sur 183 pour la facilité d’obtention d’un crédit, ce qui le situe en dessous de la moyenne de l’Afrique subsaharienne (110). Pour remédier à ces difficultés, en mai 2012, le gouvernement a adopté des mesures réglementant la vente à crédit et le crédit à la consommation. Le réexamen prévu fin 2012 des règles relatives au crédit-bail devrait également déboucher sur de nouvelles lois en 2013.

Почему "Аленке" можно оставаться товарным знаком, а "Дружбе" нет? Должны ли и регистрация, и использование советского знака быть недобросовестными, чтобы ФАС признал эти действия актом недобросовестной конкуренции? А каков подход СИП? Why can the “Alyonka” chocolate remain a trademark, while the “Druzhba” cheese spread cannot? Should both registration and use of a trademark be illegal so that the FAS would acknowledge these actions as an unfair competition?

Советского Союза нет уже почти 24 года, но проблемы так называемых советских товарных знаков не исчезли, и часто эти знаки оказываются в центре рыночных войн при этом с разным исходом. Почему "Аленке" можно оставаться товарным знаком, а "Дружбе" нет? Должны ли и регистрация, и использование советского знака быть недобросовестными, чтобы ФАС признал эти действия актом недобросовестной конкуренции? А каков подход СИП? Планируется, что по этой проблеме выскажется и госорган, и суд.

On procède à une évaluation en profondeur des candidats, qui sont ensuite orientés vers des séances de thérapie individuelle et en groupe. Le programme est aussi offert aux personnes souffrant de troubles développementaux ou de TSAF. Le mode de traitement privilégié combine des thérapies de groupe à long terme et des activités de surveillance externe.

En 1992, un comité parlementaire chargé d'étudier le dossier du syndrome d'alcoolisme foetal et des effets de l'alcool sur le foetus recommandait, dans son rapport, la création d'un centre national de documentation sur les SAF/EAF, désignant comme hôte logique d'un tel service le Centre national de documentation sur l'alcoolisme et les toxicomanies, exploité par le Centre canadien de lutte contre les toxicomanies (CCLT). Faisant suite à cette recommandation, le CCLT a entamé des négociations auprès de Santé Canada, de l'Association des distillateurs canadiens et de l'Association des brasseurs du Canada, qui ont accordé leur support et permis d'ouvrir le Service d'information sur le SAF et les EAF en avril 1994.
