Työtä tallennettaessa pdf/a-muotoon avataan normaalisti tallennusvalikko (Tallenna nimellä/Save as) ja haetaan haluttu paikka tietokoneelta tai verkkolevyltä, jonne tiedosto halutaan tallentaa:

Kun haluttu hakemisto on löydetty, aukeaa uusi ikkuna, jossa annetaan tiedostolle nimi ja kerrotaan minkä tyyppinen tiedosto halutaan luoda. Tiedoston tyypiksi tulee valita PDF jonka jälkeen määritetään tarkemmin tiedoston tyypiksi PDF/A painamalla ”Options”-painiketta.

When you have found the location you want to save the file to, a new window opens. Give the file a good descriptive name and select the file type you want the file to be. In this case you want to make a pdf-file with additional options. So select PDF as a file type and press the "Options"-button.
